2a. WordPress.com hosting performance telemetry (Bilmur)
This website is hosted by WordPress.com. Its Bilmur performance script may transmit technical performance values, page path, browser/device context and connection data, including the IP address necessary for the request, to WordPress.com (Automattic, including pixel.wp.com). It is used to operate, secure and improve hosting performance, not by Mythveil for personalised advertising or marketing profiles. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Automattic may process data in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards described in Automattic’s privacy information. Retention of this infrastructure telemetry is controlled by Automattic.
3. Contact and newsletter
If you contact Mythveil or subscribe to the newsletter, the data you provide is processed to answer your request, organise games or events, and send updates where you have subscribed. Newsletter subscriptions are based on consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and can be withdrawn at any time, for example by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. The newsletter is delivered through MailPoet. Contact data is retained only as long as required to handle the request or meet legal retention duties.
4. Optional analytics and marketing
This website uses optional services only after you give consent through the cookie banner. Depending on your selection, these can include Google Site Kit / Google Analytics and Google Ads, Meta Pixel, WordPress.com / Jetpack statistics and related cookies. Anonymous website statistics with Burst Statistics
We use Burst Statistics in cookieless private mode to understand aggregate website use. Burst does not set tracking cookies, create persistent visitor profiles, or send analytics data to third parties. Page paths, referral sources and interactions are stored only as aggregated statistics in our own WordPress database. A daily rotating anonymous hash is used and cannot be used by us to identify individual visitors. Browser “Do Not Track” requests are honoured. Consent-dependent services such as Meta Pixel, Google services and Jetpack statistics remain blocked until consent is given.
