MYTHVEIL CONSULTING

Narrative architecture for worlds that need to keep living.

For Game Masters, studios, publishers, educators, cultural partners, and creative teams working with continuity, history, myth, factions, audience choice, or long-form story.

What we can work on

Worldbuilding & continuity

Build cultures, institutions, factions, places, histories, and consequences that remain coherent as players, audiences, or teams change the story.

Narrative diagnosis

Find where a setting has become static, where choices have stopped mattering, or where lore and lived experience no longer support one another.

Research & cultural depth

Translate historical, religious, philosophical, anthropological, and cultural research into usable narrative structures without flattening difference into decoration.

A clear working process

  1. Listen: define the world, audience, constraints, rights, and real problem.
  2. Map: identify actors, histories, pressures, contradictions, and missing memory.
  3. Design: build a framework suited to the project rather than imposing a universal formula.
  4. Test: pressure the design with choices, edge cases, and consequences.
  5. Hand over: deliver an understandable system the team can continue using.

The result may be a narrative architecture, continuity model, faction map, research dossier, workshop, campaign repair, experience concept, or an ongoing creative partnership. Scope is agreed before work begins.

Rexborn

The Rexborn Framework grew from years of long-form campaign practice. It connects layers of world memory, influence, consequence, and narrative resonance so that change can spread without turning a living world into a spreadsheet pretending to be a story.

AI, transparency and human responsibility

Mythveil uses artificial intelligence as a supporting tool in research, organisation, translation workflows, advertising, awareness work and the preparation of game material. It helps a small independent studio make ideas visible, test variants and provide material that would otherwise be prohibitively expensive—or could not be offered free of charge.

This is especially relevant for short-lived campaign material, promotional visuals, social media, internal prototypes and freely available content. Using AI in these areas helps us keep games and services accessible without shifting every production cost onto players, clients or the community.

Creative direction, research decisions, narrative design, selection and final responsibility always remain human. AI output is reviewed, revised and placed in context; confidential client information is not entered into external AI systems without explicit consent.

For books and other lasting publications, we will work with human artists. Permanent works deserve commissioned art, clear attribution and a creative relationship with the people whose work gives them their final visual identity. We will disclose relevant AI use openly and distinguish between assisted working material and commissioned publication artwork.

PROVEN AT THE TABLE

Narrative architecture is not something we only design on paper. Mythveil’s methods have been developed, tested and refined through years of professional game mastering, long-term campaigns and hundreds of live sessions with international players.

These numbers represent more than games played. They represent years of observing how people interact with worlds, how long-term narratives evolve, where campaigns break, and what makes fictional worlds remain meaningful after individual sessions end. That practical experience informs Mythveil Consulting and the Rexborn framework.

Bring the real problem.

You do not need a polished brief. Begin with the world that feels stuck, the campaign that lost its memory, the institution looking for a meaningful format, or the project whose pieces do not yet belong to one another.
